At the Face Yoga Institute™, we teach the science of why stress lives on the face and how to support the body's natural ability to regulate and restore. Through nervous system tools, facial anatomy, breathwork, and intentional movement, we give every student a complete toolbox to begin within and let that radiate outward. For those called to go further, our IPHM-accredited certification trains practitioners to carry this work into their own practice and guide others through it.

Licensed esthetician. Educator. Founder of the only IPHM-accredited Face Yoga training institute in the United States.
I built The Face Yoga Institute because I wanted a place where beauty, wellness, and mindfulness can blend — and where individuals called to teach this work could be trained to find the beauty within themselves first, then carry that light to others.
